          When you partner with Pau Pau Sushi, you not only get an elevated sushi experience with great earnings potential. You get peace-of-mind. We are a hands-on partner that works with you from soup to nuts to get up and running. But, we don’t set up shop and move on to the next location. Our chefs are not only experts in making sushi, they are skilled at running our sushi stations like it’s their own business.

          Long story short, we make earnings easy for you. 

          our field operations

          site visits

          Our Field Team conducts regular site visits to ensure all aspects of our program are being executed.

          Ongoing training: During our visits, we train chefs on new products, food safety, operations, and promotional directives.

          Store management: We will meet with the Store Director and Deli Manager to get their feedback about the store’s overall performance and their perceptions of our sushi team’s level of operation.

          Detailed reports
          The Pau Pau representative will include an inspection report with all pertinent information obtained during the site visit, which will be reviewed with the Chef and/or location manager.

          Follow up
          Pau Pau will contact the location manager and/or chef to provide constructive feedback, action items, and support.

          Mode of continuous improvement

          Sustainable sourcing practices enable us to consistently deliver fresh made sushi while protecting and improving the natural environment and livelihoods of local communities. Our commitment to sustainably sourced seafood products helps fishing communities improve how they manage their resources, increasing both yield and quality of fish stock over time.

          We will never knowingly buy illegal seafood. We work with reputable suppliers who only purchase products for us with the appropriate legal paperwork.

          We make purchase and sales decisions based on social, ecological, and economic considerations.

          Suppliers are selected and monitored based on demonstration of continuous improvement in the sustainability of their operations.

          We do not do business with suppliers who cannot fulfill their ethical and or sustainability responsibilities.

          At the corporate level, we support a number of organizations with a special emphasis on youth initiatives through our involvement with Metro Detroit Youth Clubs (miclubs.org).

          Our revenue share model rewards our store partners as our sushi program grows sales at each location. The more revenue generated, the higher your split of the revenue. It’s just that easy.
